We were approached by a German client who needed help salvaging a Ducati Diavel 1260S project that had gone off track. The original build, started in Germany, wasn’t coming together — the design lacked vision, cohesion, and the refinement expected from a true bespoke Ducati.

Taking over and fixing someone else’s incomplete build is rare at KikasDesign. But in this case, we made an exception — and turned it into something truly unique.

The transformation features a striking three-tone color scheme, built around our custom-developed deep red, which was originally created for a French client. Combined with Diavel Lamborghini upgrades, a sleek high-gloss finish, and carefully reworked visual balance, the bike became an entirely new machine.

This build represents what a bespoke Ducati should be — tailored, cohesive, and unforgettable. From visual precision to mechanical attitude, everything was brought together to not just save the day… but to steal the spotlight.
